⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Beth baked the most heavenly cupcakes for my daughter’s graduation — they were truly unforgettable! Not only did they taste absolutely amazing, but the presentation was spectacular. You could tell every detail was done with care, creativity, and love. From start to finish, Beth’s customer service was far superior to most. She was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail was incredible, and it showed in both the flavor and the flawless design of the cupcakes. Everyone at the graduation party was raving about how delicious they were — multiple people asked who made them! Beth exceeded all expectations, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for beautiful, mouthwatering cupcakes with top-tier service, Beth with Wixey’s is the one to call!

Wixey’s is a staple in our yearly Toledo visits. Everything is baked fresh and tastes incredible. The only downside to Wixey is they’re closed Sunday and Monday (so we make sure to get goodies on Saturday morning) and there’s no gluten-friendly options.

Let me start with back story to lead up to how wonderful this bakery is! They gained a forever customer! My older children lost their dad a year ago (2/19/23). His birthday was 2/18. He lived in Alabama and Mardis Gras was his favorite. My children wanted to have king cake in memory of their dad. I had seen one at some local grocery stores, but was too soon to buy. By the time I needed one, there wasn’t one available. I called several grocery stores and bakeries. I then called Wixey Bakery. They had one King Cake that was never picked up on the Tuesday before. They said they would give it to me, since it had been a few days and wasn’t at its freshest. They suggested heating in the microwave for softness. We had the cake that Sunday. It was perfect! Didn’t need to heat up. Perfect flavoring of cinnamon, strawberry, and cream cheese!! This really made my children’s day 🩵🩵 we will definitely be back to this bakery!!

I had an amazing experience with Wixey Bakery for my wedding cake. The cake was visually stunning and incredibly delicious, especially the Lemon & Cherry flavor. Guests loved it! Denise and Bruce were delightful to work with, making the process simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend Wixey to anyone seeking a stunning wedding cake that's as tasty as it is beautiful!

The baked goods are amazing. The Almond Joy cookie- incredible. Doughnuts are also wonderful. Denise is fantastic. Nice people.

I picked up some great baked goods for Easter. This is the quintessential neighborhood bakery. There's a reason they've been in business so long - their stuff is delicious!

Wixey Bakery did our wedding cake and it was everything that we wanted! They did a beautiful heart shaped cake with vintage style frosting and it was gorgeous! Not to mention how amazing it tasted! The cake was very moist and super tasty - if my husband and I didn’t have to have our first dance shortly after, we definitely would’ve finished the slice! In addition to the amazing cake, their friendly atmosphere and professional customer service were always amazing. Everyone we had interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. They’re a Toledo gem for a reason!!

I never order cakes & safe to say, I wasn’t sure of exactly what I needed for my son’s 18th birthday. I called Wixey the week of, hoping they wouldn’t turn down the request, and they did not! Between my work schedule and Denise’s, we finally got on the phone 2 days before his birthday. Denise walked me through what was most appropriate for the party size, saved me $100 by steering me away from what I originally thought I needed and then shocked me when she offered to decorate it! I knew I was asking/ordering last minute and had originally told her I would decorate it. When I explained a musical vision, she jumped in knowing exactly what to do! She added small music notes and created a musical keyboard pattern around the top. My son was very impressed by the key pattern, as it matched keys perfectly! The cake was beautiful and incredibly good! Thank you Denise and crew for making this happen so effortlessly!
